This week at Schüco in Bielefeld, we passed all performance tests on our PMU so this is a green light to our factory to start! And big congratulations and thanks to all involved teams!
For us the Landsec’s Timber Square net zero carbon office project at London’s Southwark’s Lavington Street, round the corner from the Tate Modern gallery, is very important for many reasons: this our first project with Landsec as our client, a first project where Schüco Ultra Low Carbon aluminium alloy is used.
Timber Square will be the largest Hybrid structural building using steel and CLT in Europe, it is the tallest Hybrid frame and it is the largest volume of CLT in a single development using CLT in the UK.
We are proud to be a part of such a scheme and of such a team on this innovative project with new solutions, ahead of the market current standard.
